Does anyone know who makes one of these?

Baker Company was supposed to as part of their ill fated Winter War Kickstarter and PSC does a plastic M1943, but I haven't seen an M1927 anywhere…

Unless it has to be absolutely precise, just use a German 75mm short barreled field gun of a very similar design and performance -- paint it green!
