I've been playing some Egyptian games recently and I fancied having a go at Kassassin. I had most of what was required, but I was short some Egyptian lancers. It would take several weeks to get anything delivered and I just needed three, so I decided to try my hand at a conversion using some American Civil War spares. You can see some pictures of how I've been getting on here.
