I have recently been playing Two Hour Wargames' 'Hell Hath No Fury' tank vs tank game, mostly using the tanks from my Memoir '44 set, supplemented by a few 3D prints My first outings saw mixed fortunes, as well as me making loads of mistakes with the rules.
link A later game ran far more smoothly, but was a disaster for the Americans.
