"Dice and Token Sets" Topic

Almost all of the Dice and Token sets seem to have vanished from online stores?

Have they been discontinued? And if so, why?

Battlefront put them all on discount last year. They don't seem to be making new ones. I haven't seen any explanations as to why, but maybe they didn't sell well.

This morning I got an email saying my backorder for some tokens was ready to be filled but had been denied due to a declined credit card. The credit card on file had since been updated (and thus a different number) so I called them this morning and had the credit card information updated and they said it would send out.

So, I think they are finally making some more, if anybody is holding out for them to become available again.

I think they are just going to be doing the basic ones (plain US, German, USSR, etc) going forward and not they special unit/divison ones. Not sure where I heard that though.

That would make sense. The specialised ones were very nice, but how many people are actually going to play Gebirgsjagers, for instance?

That said, I would REALLY like some nice Afrika Korps dice.

Google "diceofwar". I don't have their Afrika Korps dice, but the other products I've bought from them are top notch.

Second the Dice of War. I just bought both of their Soviet dice sets as well as Scottish dice set for my medieval gaming. They haven't come in yet so I can not attest to the quality, but others have said they are great. Pretty excited to get my Soviet armor dice out on the field!
