Alternative Armies is delighted to release a new pack of 28mm scale dead horses. Two different resin miniatures suitable for any horse period wargame system and of course Flintloque too. Casualty markers or diorama pieces these are a fine addition to your collection.

Why do these makers of casualties feel the need to put them on bases? It's stupid.

Standing men and horses need bases so that they can STAND UP.

If they are lying down, they DON'T NEED A BASE.

Yeesh.

Bases make perfect sense, for ease of handling.

But you can put them on bases if you want to. It's nice to have an option. Some makers(Old Glory, for instance)don't put human casualties on bases, and I believe I have seen horses done that way too,so it would pay to look around.

Thanks chaps. These are NOT on bases. These are the actual resin castings painted. The ground around them is there by request of customers asking for space to allow additional details such as discarded muskets and baskets etc which we stock to personalise.

As it is thank you for your support on these.
