This is a resubmission of yesterday's posting which was purged (spammer) along with a great many others.
This project is moving along nicely as all the Nilfgaard Empire armies are done and now the Northern Kingdoms, principally Kaedwen, Temeria and Redania are now complete.

Just as your Severan project, amazing armies. I have no idea how you paint all these so fast? I paint mostly 18mm but am happy if I get one base of 4 infantry done in an evening…. |

I do not consider myself a speed painter however, I do have a sequence of areas I paint and these are with pigments moving from light to dark colour. Keep a painting regimen of one hour a day of just one or two colours and this will help create a momentum. Lastly, all my figures are based before painting and this technique does help to minimize repetitious movement of the figures. The last step of black lining (ink) and highlighting truly livens the figure. Cheers, |
