The main battery consists of three 2400nm wavelength lasers with 6.5m mirrors. The 2500nm wavelength makes them very efficient, so that have a huge power throughput, but also requires very large mirrors to focus them, so they have relatively short range. Each laser has about the same volume as six big-rig trailers. |
