It looks more fantasy than old GW greatswords…looks like the figure has stolen the sword from larger scale mini.

There are some swords very close to that size, the only problem is that they and the flamberge style blade are 80-90 later than the armour. The figure is pretty much like having Napoleonic redcoats armed with Martini Henry rifles

They have launched a KS campaign and I'd say that some knights look quite tempting…a bit thicker than Perry, but it is just what I need…

It seems that Steel Fist accurately researched their timeline. Its a Nuremberg helmet from around 1500, so this exemplar could well have been used in the Battle at Affalterback 1502 :-)
Its also a painted helmet.

Afaik the big flamberge shows up perhaps just a decade later, though it is not always easy to specify the first appearance. Some Swiss used flamberged swords earlier, if afaik of smaller size.

I just had to jump in on that KS :-)
