We played our first Zombicide Black Plague mission and really enjoyed it.
We did an AAR on our blog lzbravo.blogspot.com

A zombie campaign set in the Middle Ages is really kind of an interesting idea. I've got to think about this. I've seen modern undead, undead cowboys, and undead Indians from the French and Indian War era--does somebody make undead for the Middle Ages?

Considering the real sundry weirdness that afflicted Europe during the Middle Ages, Zedsare not a real stretch.

Justinian's Plague/Bubonic Plague is pretty explicable as opposed to St Anthony's Fire, the Dancing Plague, the Sweating Sickness and a host of other diseases that are unknown today.

Great AAR John. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Thanks for the comments.

The Zombicide Black Plague walkers are perfect for any system set in the Middle Ages. The next set will include walker nuns and such too.

We look forward to mission 2 very soon.

Z-cide BP is a fun game and a bit more challanging then the modern Z-cide. Got my kickstarter base box before X-mas and my lady and I have had a lot of fun with it. Mins are outstanding as normal and will fit in with most tabletop Zombie games or can be used for RPG mins also. When you look at the price breakdown per min for a box it is like $1.25 USD per fig.
