Great looking counters Brian. I think scenic counters add some nice atmosphere to your game.

I made my first few from some heroclix bases. Picked up a few plastic numbered counters from Litko in the US as well.

Those Heroclix bases are pretty cool but here in NZ they are few and far between. I did look at them but buying hero-clix miniatures just for bases was too expensive. I went the laser cut route.

Nice job Brian. I have the same figures as well as some Casting Room dead Zulus for casualty bases. However I am going to use Mini Bases dice frames for my markers.

What are they exactly? Mini base dice frames that is.

Are the Casting Room minis just the old Foundry range?

Sorry that should have been minibits.

The Casting room miniatures were done by new sculptors which were not up to Foundry's high standard. They often have big hands and look a bit weird but some of them look ok as I think the Zulus were modifications of the old figures.

Cheers for that info.
