I just got an email from The Foundry telling me that Casting Room Miniatures are having a 20% sale. So I went to have a look. I looked at their WSS and Napoleonic figures, and the figures they have in a marching position, all seem to be "left shoulder shift". Now as a gamer, neither of those periods are my first choice, so I am no expert. But I am used to seeing marching figures for those periods at "right shoulder shift". Is "left shoulder shift" for those periods valid? Or common? TIA Phil |

I'll be honest. Never heard of them until now. But now I do realise where many of the Foundry figures went e.g. the British Light Infantry. They even do Mamelukes….no, no, I shall be strong. They are late Mamelukes anyway, not 1805 style…….. Thanks! Sorry to provide no answer to your question though…… |
