An update of what's new on the Solo Wargamers Association Lone Warrior Blog.

Jonathan Aird reviews Osprey NVG 225 Republican Roman Warships PDF link and finds it an excellent addition to the small number of books on galleys from Osprey.

Rob Morgan writes on the exploits of 9 Suadron RFC link after coming across copies of Cross and Cockade, the World War I aviation history journal. Very inspirational stuff!

February's sample article from Lone Warrior magazine is Kevin White's Dhunda-Three (first seen in issue 180) PDF link which gives details of his 54mm Colonial campaign. Lots of lovely photo's here.

Rob Morgan gives an overview of the Knights Battles series of wargame battle books link from "long ago" – that'll be the 1970's !

Te Crocodile and Hippo figures from Mike Yarrow Figures are reviewed PDF link by Rob Morgan.

And last, but far from least, Paul Le Long takes an in-depth look at the boardgame Field Commander Napoleon PDF link which sounds excellent – and is designed for solo play (fist punch the air and shout "yeah!").

So, the usual eclectic mix – and more to come. Always more to come!
