Tried out the Flaklighter rules from PT Dockyard for the first time in a barge busting mission in the South Pacific. We learned the hard way that you better have a more heavily armed PT boat if you are going to do anything!

Six barges and one armed barge against three 80' Elcos, and the Elcos took the worst of it. Pics of the great models from PT Dockyard and details of the ill-fated mssion on the blog. link

The most common encounter for PT boats in the Pacific were barges. The next was shore gun emplacements.

A lot of PT boats in the Pacific added 20mm and or 37mm guns to help fight barges.PT Dockyard has a barge killer PT with 2 40mm guns.
