Hello all, I have a new AAR to share from my Cold War gone hot solo campaign in West Germany. This time it's U.S. tanks and ACAVs assaulting a hill and village held by Soviet tanks…or at least trying to. Hope you enjoy.

I must say I was impressed by the terrain. The village's looked very Un wargame like, sensibly spaced to restrict views and while too few for the real world complex enough to make the tactics work and generally realistic number of hedges roads etc. However it would be interesting to understand the scale of the minis. I guessed 6 mm and the ground scale my guess was 1 mm to 1 meter.

Sorry UshCha, I just came back and finally saw your comment. I'm guessing your not yanking my chain. This is not a real table but a virtual one, using a satellite photo from Google Earth. I don't even own any minis.

So your comment about "too few for the real world" made me snicker. This is the real world, my friend! Real Germany.
