I have a 15mm samurai army, a mix of Two Dragons and Peter Pig figures. I'm looking to expand and get some Koreans and Chinese. I have found two ranges: Old Glory 15s sold by Timecast, and Grumpy's Miniatures sold by East Riding Miniatures. Does anyone know which would be the most compatible, in terms of size, chunkiness etc.? |

Grumpy's match up perfectly with Two Dragons. |

Old Glory samurai are a bit bigger than Two Dragons. When I looked at both ranges I didn't think they were close enough to mix. |

If you put on the sashimono banners they mix well. |

Some of the Koreans from Quartermaster/ Falcon UK should work as well. |

Old Glory 15s and Grumpy mix OK – the Grumpy foot are a bit "chubbier". The cavalry are quite a good match. I don't know how they compare for size to Two Dragons and Peter Pig samurai though. |

PeterPig are probably the only ones with sashimono as part of the figure already cast on. The others will need some attachment work. martin |
