Along with many of the soldiers from our AWI line, our command figures have also been converted and updated extensively with our "second edition": link Here's a good example, our officer/musician/ensign.

picture

This figure was simply a color bearer as part of our original American Revolution line. Now his head has been removed, neck drilled out, former cravat removed, and right arm separated. We offer 5 different right-arm options to make the pose useful in a variety of ways: 2 officers, 2 musicians, and a color bearer. His former overalls have also been changed to hose and short gaiters for more diversity.

picture

This figure is on our Recruit Your Own Regiment menu, so you can include him with a larger figure set, or request him solo. That means you also get to choose what kind of head sets to use. As you can see from the figures with heads shown here, that makes for quite a range of looks. The two painted pieces at the top are the same body with different arms and heads. You almost wouldn't know they're basically the same figure.

picture

Our original, one-piece color bearer hasn't gone away, however. He's still part of our British and Continental marching infantry sets. All the figures in there are one-piece, but all newly remastered.

Of course, these figures are 54mm metal. You can see more on our AWI page: link
