Get on down to YG for a parrrrtay !

2 years old, who would think it. Still in nappies and stumbling round on unsteady feet and that's just me !

I've done a review of the year with a countdown of the top ten posts of the last 12 months in case you missed them, it's also a cracking excuse to post some of my favourite pictures of the year.

Many thanks to all who have contributed to Yarkshire Gamer over the year, in conversation on here or another forum, on twitter, Facebook or Google+. "Fridge Magnets" is the highlight of the year as is the photo above.

Congratulations Ken
Your blog and reports inspired me to get into ww2 naval gaming.
Unfortunately I believe my Mrs may have taken out a contract on you as a result.

Cheers Freerangeegg, the birthday party was a bit lonely till you turned up.

If your better half has got a hit out on me for the WW2 Naval stuff don't look at any of my 28mm stuff she will kill me if you start that malarkey!

Cheers, Ken

Ken
Get thee behind me…….
I am trying manfully not to start on 28mm as a scale, despite serious temptation from mates who have troops etc.
I suspect you will be safe if I do give in, it will probably be me she goes gunning for. The garage is already full of 'my toys' in 15mm and smaller scales and 28mm stuff needs even more room
