Unfortunately, the description is the usual boilerplate;how about some info on ground and figure scale, basing, game mechanics, etc.? |

Oh blimey -not another lot. Well I suppose they could be the ultimate set but the blurb isn't very encouraging. I'm looking at a huge pile of expensive ECW rules books -1644, Warhammer, Pike and Shotte etc etc etc, even Crowning Mercy that caused so much upset on it's release is there and I'm smiling at the irony of my favourite set being Clarence Harrison's 'Victory without Quarter' -which are , of course, free…ha ha ha …do I want a "very simple" insight into the English Civil War -probably not but I bet I buy these!!! |
