Here is my latest project: Vikings and Saxons (all 15mm). The figures were painted by Bob and his wife Allison at Evil Bob's Studio. They do amazing work – I can give them same basic guidance and ask them to "just make it cool" and they always deliver!

These are based for Clash of Empires on 40mm wide bases, so if the rules don't suit, the basing will work with pretty much anything else out there. The units are big enough I don't need to worry about having enough figs for other rules. Units are mostly 6 or 8 bases with 2-4 figures per base.

I just need to finish the basing (sand and flock) and they'll be ready to action. The sharp eyed among you may spot a Trojan Bunny….

Looks like we'll be having some Dark Ages dust ups in teh shop soon.

Nice. You can never have too many Vikings.

You can if you're the Saxons!

A real quick close up prior to doing the sand and flock routine:

As always figures are a complete mix of Splintered Light, Baueda, Black Hat, Khurasan, Donnington et. al.

Those look amazing. I'm envious.

I'm thinking about using my 28mm for skirmish and RPGing and going small for bigger battles.
