Hi all,

In a first installment of a semi-regular feature on conversions on my blog I talk about the basics and provide an example for making thin braids and wooden staffs.

I work with Reaper Bones Miniatures (Galladon, Khael Stonekindle and Juliette) and use copper wire for braids and greenstuff for replacing the staves.

The tutorial is meant for beginners, but you might find something of use even if you are a seasoned converter.
