The ones with the clear plates on top of the image and felt on the bottom? Or something similar? I'd love to have some WWII paper minis that are counter-fied so they look pretty and can just be tossed into a bag. Any idea If anyone does that?

Might be able to get some acrylic discs lasered up, have some self-adhesive vinyl stickers printed. Stick the Stickers to the felt, then spray top of sticker with clear spray glue (or re-positionable glue) and place acrylic disc on the stickers.

Should be easy enough to make some. Laminate your counters and then stick felt to the underside. Trim and you're done.

Probably easier to just overlay your game mat with acrylic, or glass to protect it, instead of gluing and cutting little pieces of felt for individual counters.

What size counters? Something like a card sleeve glued to felt might work pretty well until it gets down to a square inch or so. You could also just laminate the whole sheet, glue that to felt, and then cut. I'd recommend a guillotine style paper cutter if you have access to one.

I'm thinking pretty tiny. I was thinking about getting the panzer flats set. they're maybe 1.5" by .5"?

There are sheets of felt that have adhesive on one side. I've used it for the bottoms of ceramic figures. Most craft stores have it in several colors. You just have to cut it.

Laminate your counter sheet. Use the self-adhesive felt McLaddie recommends. Then cut as normal. Done!
