I find that many of the posts to the "Utter Drivel" board really belong in the "Lounge". I am not interesting in postings to the Lounge so I skip right over it. Unfortunately, I can not turn off postings from the Utter Drivel board from popping up on the main screen since I would have to turn off the entire "General Discussion" board in my settings. Perhaps if we could have the ability to turn of sub-topics for each board. That would be helpful. |

I imagine the board is for people who don't have access to the lounge, or who want to reach a bigger audience than the seating capacity of the lounge. |

1. Go to the General Message Boards. 2. Scroll down to the Utter Drivel topic heading; un-tick the box on the far right. 3. Scroll down some more and click the Update button; if you omit this step, it turns itself back on. 4. Enjoy your newly drivel-free world. Ron |

The purpose of the Utter Drivel board is to post stuff that is utter drivel.
Speculating definitively on what purpose others have for posting there is …. humorous to say the least. |
