I've been looking to order from Redoubt Enterprises, and I noticed they have a paint line. Has anyone ever used this modeling paint, and is it any good? Also, if somebody has a color chart for this line of paints, it would greatly be appreciated.

I have used some of their paints. Some are good (I still use tanned flesh), some are not so good – they don't cover well on black primer. Sorry I can't help further, I only ever had 7 or 8 different paints of them.
