That is wonderful!

Ragbones06 Feb 2016 5:29 p.m. PST

She did a terrific job. Much better than my first attempts at about the same age. I hope she continues.

tkdguy06 Feb 2016 5:37 p.m. PST

I'll bet your a bit proud, I would be, and she looks pleased with her little man as well.

Chris Palmer06 Feb 2016 6:05 p.m. PST

Thanks great!
When he's all based up be sure to have her initial and date under the base so you both can always remember which one was the first and when it was.

30 years of painting minis, and I so wish I had done that in the beginning.

That should be "That's great!"…

How sweet! I have a boy of eleven who is already painting and a daughter of seven who I hope soon will start painting as well.
Well done, congratulations!

My 9 year old daughter said "that's nice". I asked her if she was going to help me paint my miniatures – her answer is "later" – oh well. Great job and cooperative daughter.

Very nice!

goragrad08 Feb 2016 11:46 a.m. PST

Nice.

Wish I could keep the niece interested. She did some decent horses in 15mm at that age but has an unfortunately short attention span.

How come everybody's 8-10 year olds paint better than I do?

VicCina Supporting Member of TMP09 Feb 2016 11:07 a.m. PST

Last night she and I had a discussion about painting and she asked me if she could paint some female figures, princesses and a female Indiana Jones. So now I'm off to find figures for her. The start of the painting hook has been set

eptingmike09 Feb 2016 3:55 p.m. PST

Awesome! Both of my daughters have painted some minis. Puts a smile on a father's face that is for sure! :)
