Is there any problems going on at Hasselfree Miniatures? I placed an order at the end of November and have not received it yet. I am in the US so I expected a delay but not sure if it should be taking this long. Previous orders I've placed with them arrived more quickly. I've tried emailing them and messaging them on their Facebook page and haven't gotten any response. |

Hi There. When did you try the FB page? We don't have any unanswered messages there. (We have had email problems, especially with the admin@ address so that bit doesn't surprise me unfortunately). Can you try info at hasslefreeminiatures dot co dot uk, the spam filter on that one doesn't eat your mail if you look at it funny. We'll see about chasing up the problem. |
