I read more this morning on "Masters of the Art: A Fighting Maine's Memoir of Vietnam." The author talks about medevacs and landing in hot LZs.

I also read Alien vs. Alien, a "chick-lit" sci-fi parody/satire by Gini Koch. And I tackled a manuscript called Guards set in 1980s South Boston…

I am finishing off the Andromeda's War trilogy by Dietz – good solid military sci-fi

On the serious side I am just about done The War That Ended Peace, a very well written book about the lead up to WWI by Harriet MacMillan – who as I recall is Lloyd George's granddaughter
