Has anyone played a raid during the AWI that had the British/Hessian forces go to a farm for the purposes of seizing livestock and crops? This was a common occurrence in NJ in early 1777 and other places and times as well. I'm looking to do this at the skirmish level. What type of rules are used to indicate the seizing of livestock, etc…? I would like to be creative but don't want to reinvent the wheel.

This is an old post but will answer if interested. Played Musket and Tomahawks rules.. Played a raid on Tinton Falls NJ (actual event) and an imaginary raid. A lot of fun and worked well.
