I ordered a batch of Redoubt Boxers, but was a bit disappointed that they did not have any figures that really stood out as leaders in traditional Chinese dress. Any suggestions? |

The Foundry are a bit small (more 25's) against the Redoubts (more 28's). The Copplestones are right sized, but mostly 1920's, as opposed to 1890's. There are definitely one (or two, perhaps) I could use. I suppose this means that there really aren't any 28mm "leader" figures in any variety. I do appreciate the reminder about the Copplestones. (I have several sets of various types, but had forgotten their Warlord line). |

Thgere must be a load of this sort of thing out there but I suppose no obvious leaders apart from the 'Dragon Ladt'.

The Old Glory Boxer range has some suitable figs which can be used with the Redoubt figs. They are a bit bigger than Foundry but a little smaller then the Redoubt figs. Cheers, JB Sgtguinness.blogspot.com |
