There's no current or prior GW rules for a beastmaster with Cold Ones either, iirc. Still, even though they are VERY impressively painted GW minis that doesn't mean they are going to be used in a GW game, so he could well be playing them as what they are, giant wolves :) |

The rules for beastmasters with Cold Ones can be found on page 95 of the Warhammer Fantasy Battle 3rd Edition rulebook. It's a special ability that costs 5 points, plus whatever animals you use (I think Cold Ones are 8 points each). |
