Does anyone make Afghan regulars for the second Afghan war (1878- 1880) that would scale well with RalPartha true 25mm?

Wargames Foundry. Not that much taller.
Frontier. Out of production.

I used them just last Saturday night.

I second Foundry Afghan Regs. I use them with my Ral Partha Imperials. Since the two scales almost never get side by the side the size difference is not noticeable on the game table. I also use the Foundry Indian Mutiny Ghazis as Afghan Ghazis, without problem. I seem to recall that Great Endeavours was contemplating doing some Afghan Regs, but I just checked their site and no such luck.

I have many Afghan regulars that I would like to sell, at $4 USD per foot figure: Ral, Foundry, Frontier. They are well-painted.

Details and photos available.
