If the Pennine passes are open then I'll be there for the usual great start to the year

Bit of a nightmare as I am away in Austria this weekend. Not too bad obviously but I will miss this as York is my favourite show.

Disappointing to find that in a show advertised to run until 5pm some traders and display games were packing up at 3.30pm. Better to say that it will finish at that time rather than mislead people.

Probably did it just in case it took 90+ mins to un-stick your vehicle from the muddy car park. We sank but some kindly folk lent us their plastic mats & gave us a push. Big thank you chaps!

A very busy show. Crowded aisles and struggling to get to the front of stalls until after dinner (lunch to non Yorkshire folk).
Seemed to be a few stalls not turning up….really surprised by this as it's the season opener and people have money to spend.
….I spent the day cleverly preventing a mate from overspending by buying everything before he did….

Best game: that big one by Shaun of The Bunker. Lots of Mexicans attacking. Shame, but it can't remember what it was called …

Thanks for that Lord Elpass.
I would like to add that I did use the correct cacti on The Alamo game!
Regards
Shaun

A big thanks to the York club who helped Peter Pig in and out of the show. When the trader near us opened the doors and started to pack up at 3.30 our game got blown around so we had to stop playing!

thanks York club for a great show with plenty of help
