Following our adventures in the Perilous Island campaign, Lady Ann (sister of Lady Elaine Darrow) has invited everyone from the three leagues to a garden party. They attend of course, but with some trepidation: They returned reporting that Darrow turned into a horrible monster, and that Elaine is missing, presumed dead. This is a social affair (based on the scenario in Vice Alley), so there will be no use of the combat skills (Brawl, Shoot or Dodge) allowed, but there will be plenty of folks cut dead with sarcastic remarks, practical jokes and physical intimidation. E.G., characters will be allowed to score hits with their action skills as though they were in combat.
The events of the evening can be followed thru the link below: imgur.com/a/7XsES Rags the Tiger describes some twists to this scenario on the Pulp Alley forums (http://pulpalley.com/index.php) under New Scenarios "Social Affair: Soerabaja Sourball Mix". |

Somebody spiked the fruit punch, a Member of Parliament got grumpy, a bodice was torn, and several people were ejected, one with a dog. Pictures in the Daily Mail: imgur.com/a/7XsES |
