The Portal at Time Machine Hobby in Manchester, Ct will be hosting a free one day convention Sat Feb 6th 2016. We expect to offer the following events: 9AM Muskets & Tomahawks, TTS- To the Strongest (2 scenarios: New Kingdom Egypt vs Assyrians, Hussite Rebellion) 10AM Operation Sealion 11AM Waterloo 1815 2,000 15mm figures ( Event previously run at Historicon! ) Dragoon Springs 1862 (Confed vs Apaches) 2PM Baneblade Bash (40K) Epic Armageddon, Kingdom Death, Star Wars Armada, X-Wing Star Wars miniatures 7PM Attraction Magnetic Skill game run by the designer Jeff Glickman Space Hulk Tournament Iron Bottom Sound (Guadacanal Naval Battle), Battle for Antares, Trench Assault WW-I time to be announced, Pathfinder Role Playing Events 3 different adventures at 9am/2pm/7pm Boardgames thruout the day Call 860-646-0610 (Time Machine) or 860-432-0711 (Portal) for more information. Hi Tim, the weather looks promising-no big(or small) snowstorms projected for saturday. A furthur note on the convention-most events will have all pieces provided! The gamemasters will explain the rules and guide players as needed. New and experienced players are welcome. |
