Prelude to Axanar was great. Was it caught up in lawyering tape and was prevented from going further? |

It was good as a fan film, but it was still a fan film. Too many cliches, too much stuff stuffed into it, not enough characterization, and could use a better soundtrack. Do not get me wrong. If judged as a fan film being a fan film it is good. If judged as a fan film taking on a professionally produced film, it was not.Axanar pulls it off, and that is why they pulled the plug :( I really liked the Cardassian guy and his relationship with the Ship captain. That needed more, much more development. Not really impressed by the other characters/ relationships. |
