Hey all, I was looking at Old Glory 25s ranges and wondered if they were true 25mm figures or larger/smaller. Also, how much scale creep is there from set to set? |

I find they fit in well with most 28mm ranges. Only a noticeable difference if they are "Heroic size" 28's. |

I used the Old Glory 25s Pirates with the Foundry 28mm Pirates and had no size problems. You can see the two companies' figures side by side in diorama form at warin15mm.com/Pirates.html |

I appreciate the responses so far. I did have to make the post in a hurry but as my mother always said "Post in haste, repent at leisure". To go more into my question, I am thinking about getting the Vikings and other dark age cultures and I was wondering more about Old Glory 25s when compared to themselves. I prefer miniatures on the 25mm end and don't think I will invest in other companies miniatures since my needs are simple. |

They're bigger than True 25, but I find them smaller than many 28s, and not even comparable to Heroic 28s. |

OG are slightly smaller than other 28mm, though not disturbingly so. They are in-between GW plastic LOTR and many metal LOTR, for example, and definitely smaller than GW Warhammer. Front Rank and BTD are much bigger than OG, but Perry look fine with them. |

The Vikings range is one of their best. They are well sculpted, have good variety, and really look right for the period. I just pulled out one the figures and measured: it's 26mm from feet to eyes. I hope that helps! |

Don't forget, there are two different OG Viking lines: the Saxons,Vikings,Normans line, and the Somerled line. The latter is newer, and many feel, superior. |
