not exactly gaming but i think many of us will have had them. I rather LOL at the comment on the bottom that 'Some feel the military-themed toys are not appropriate for children today' – after all boys only play construction based and sports games on computers, there are no Army Cadets now and no high profile charities involved in supporting the armed forces etc. These 'some' are the same people probably who call police persons pigs and think that the way to resolve issues with ISIS is to get round the table with them and say give away Israel etc (after all they are all beastly militarists etc)

I still have a collection of them; in 2006 they re-released a lot of sets as part of a 40th anniversary celebration. A wonderful toy.
