sneakgun, you are confused, rebels fought on the wrong side in the American Civil War. The figures you are referring to are called Patriots! |

They were patriots only after they won….we've just begun to fight. |

They are excellent figures, and Jim is great to work with. What rules will you be using, Brian? |

We're starting with Black Powder and the Rebellion supplement with small 20 man regiments. I ordered the George Washington from Wargames Illustrated. So how are you these days Scott? |

We enjoy BP for this period. Actually we scaled our units down even further to 12(small)16(standard) 20(large) based 2 figs on a 1.5" x.75" base. Gives a nice 6" frontage for a standard unit which looks good and makes maneuvering fairly easy. Conserves figures as well so you get more units. I based this way as I plan to use them for Regimental Fire &Fury as well. |

they are rebels, then they are continentals and state troops in resistance to "tyranny" then they are patriots in 1783. second verse not the first,,,,,, loyalist to the king, they are loyal kings subjects, then they are tories, then they are traitors whose property is stolen by a rebellious arrogant congress and evicted and deported to new Brunswick, new foundland and southern Canada. having 5 kin in both lines,2 in the New Jersey (Loyal 1st NJRgt, shipped to NB Canada)3 in a couple Penn, continental line, land grants etc.patriots. history indeed favors the victor. |
