Ordered my copy from Amazon and it should be here in a day or so, but wanted to get started on putting together my 15mm Copplestone Castings Barbarian army. For 15mm, are they several figures on a base, single figures each, or how is the units handled? Thanks in advance. Dave |

In a word…yes! Individually based would probably be nicer, as individual figures are removed. But if you had stands, you could just mark casualties from it in some way. If you field larger things – like dragons, or ogres – you'll need to track their wounds as well, so however you decide to base them, it will work. |

The only thing essential is to be able to keep track of casualties. One option is two bases per unit, removing one at 50% losses |

@David Smith, If you are starting from scratch, mount them on single bases. |

Thanks for the guidance. Single bases are round or square, or does it matter? Frontages, do they matter? Dave |

No. IIRC – not got my copy to hand – all the figures have to be within a 3" radius of a figure designated as unit leader, and whatever you do should be fine. It's already a game where you can represent a 6 strength point elite foot unit with six dwarves, two trolls, or one really angry elf – you shouldn't break anything. |

@David Smith, Square or round, it's your choice. Let's say you would mount them on 20mm round bases, but you had a magic user you wanted to emphasize, you could mount him on a 25mm round. |
