There was one put out for 3rd Ed. D&D called Testament. Not sure who did it. Maybe Green Ronin?

Green Ronin Mythic Vistas also included, Trojan War, Hamunaptra (Egyptian), & The Hittites.

Avalanche Press did a few role playing supplements like Nile Empire or Endless Sands.

I'm sure that I used to have another for the Hittites, but I maybe confusing it with the Green Ronin one. I used to have a few from various sources when I was running my Hyksos fantasy RPG, but they are all packed away somewhere…

IIRC there was a generic d20 Ancients.

For Egypt Palladium Books offers the excellent Valley of the Pharaohs and ICE offered "Mythic Egypt"

Yes, Testament was us. We also did a Hittites expansion for it as a PDF by the same author (Scott Bennie).
