Curious to know if Man O War was ever adapted for use with ironclad navies?

Not officially (apart from the Dwarves). I did put together an ACW variant a few years back.

David: is your ACW variant of MoW available on the Web anywhere? I have your 'Privateers' variant, which is great fun to play.

It isn't. Drop me a PM with your email address and I'll send you what I have so far
