For years people have been urging me to sell my products as PDFs and for years I have resisted doing this as I have no idea what it will do to my overall sales.

But now I have decided to give it a try--in a small way. My very first product, my European Farmhouse Complex, is now available as a PDF in 10/12mm and 15mm scale.

I'm going to offer this and see what happens.

You can buy it here:

I'd buy it but I already own it! Make more.

Congrats Scott. I trust you will find it to be a great way to sell your products. Good luck.

One thing. Your purchase point states the art is legal size (8.5 x 14"). A lot of desktop printers cannot print sheets larger than 8.5 x 11". My Canon Pixma cannot.

I was afraid of that. Sadly converting to letter size is not an option for many of my products.

Scott,

A welcome development.

On this side of the Pond, we use A4 which is 8.25" x 11.75".

Best regards,

Alan

A4 is only slightly skinnier and taller than Letter, which makes it great for printing PDF's as booklets, but probably won't help vs. Legal.

Now, if your printer can do A3… ;->=

Just bought one.
I've bought buildings from you before, but the mail order time is a beast and sometimes the post office really can fold, spindle and mutilate even the packing envelopes you use. So this is just me encouraging you to expand the line.

Narratio,

Thanks very much! And if you encounter any problem with the PDF file, please let me know. This is all new to me and I'm finding my way.

Happy to try this but I'm really looking forward to your paper Napoleonics.

Can't let the kids near my lead just yet.
