Anybody know of WW2 casualty figures in 1/35/54mm/1/32? |

Buy Tamiya plastics and make your own? |

That or heat up cheap plastic figs (with good ventilation) and make some. |

Definitely Schogun's suggestion! The less expensive the soft- to stiff-plastic 54mm/1:32 soldier types, the better. You know you can find these (save for the more exotic nationalities like Rumanians, Bulgarians, Poles, etc) in the cheap bag soldiers, and you can certainly get all the major players from mainstream plastic soldier companies (AIP, TSSS, Marx, Zveda, etc). I believe there are a few sets of field hospital/medic types in plastic, but I can't recall any brands to be certain, but you might want to check. In any case, on the theory you can't have too many toy soldiers, buy a box or two of the figures you like best, choose the "lucky" ones you think best lend themselves to casualty poses, remove their bases (if any), and go to work softening, bending, and even cutting to adjust their poses for going prone, prostrate, kneeling, etc, and Bob's your Uncle! Have fun, Dr. Frankenstein! TVAG |

Marx makes a few in 54mm: Japanese infantry (falling), Soviet officer (falling), German machine gunner (lying on his back.) |

Dragon, Verlindn, Tamiya, etc. make 1/35 casualties, but they are part of medic sets. Forces of Valor also made a 54mm US medic set as part of their infantry line. If you are looking for multiple casualty figures, I would get cheap plastics and go to work. |

Cheers guys. I expect a raft of Airfix knock-offs will be introduced to some heat very soon. |
