Tried a new set of rules last night Dragon Rampant is a New Fantasy wargame with an old school feel. I found ballanced and tactical without getting bogged down. link

If I understand correctly, it is similar to Lion Rampant, and there is a pike & shot version planned called the Pikeman's Lament.
