In my Blog article I explain my german readers why Battlefront miniatures choose the Team Yankee setting. The book of Harold Coyle, Team yankee, was never published in german. Maybe some of the pictures are interesting for you: You can see the new models of Najewitz Modellbau (www.lasermodellbau.de ). Those are perfect for Cold War settings and for WW II. You can see a picture of the opening of a new home estate in Germany in the 30.(Siedlungsbau in german), and you can see those buildings really look like buildings of the new Najewitz series. Also the soviet relief map from the Soviet HQ in the former GDR is really great. You can find it in the german military museum in Dresden. But there is a mistake: One bridge at Bingen/ Rhine was blew up by the german army in 1945, but you can find it at the map. Have fun with the pictures. link |
