As part of the global response, the US sent a nuclear-capable B-52 bomber to saunter through the neighborhood, signaling that, indeed, two can play at that game, and North Korea better have a long, hard think about whether it wants to get into a nuclear slap fight with the United States. Along with the fly-by, there's been an uptick in discussion about sending more US military stuff to the region, both to back up the US's buddies in South Korea and to give the guys in North Korea some pause should they have any bright ideas about crossing the Demilitarized Zone, or DMZ. well lets see The German Army is in a rather sad state, no help here: link Don't know about France, but I suspect the situation isn't much better The British Army is in a state of Drawdown, the might have 1 division that can help… Israel would probably need a crapload of logistical support to her her divisions rolling South Korea I don't know but should be able to handle North Korea. I know for a fact that at least 2 of our heavy divisions are undeployable… oh and we are broke! we are in a sad state for conventional war |
