We are returning to the Butler County Fairgrounds March 4, 5, 6. It is a really great space that meets all of our needs and allows us to remain extremely affordable. All pre-reg badge prices are staying the same for 2016, $ 15.00 for a single day and $20.00 USD for the entire weekend. What a bargain!

GMs pre-registration is closing at the end of this month. All registered GMs qualify for a free weekend badge, along with a free limited convention figure, and 2 free raffle tickets. We will be closing GM open registration January 30. Let's get those great events in so everyone can plan their gaming weekend.
Attendees pre-registration closes February 13th. Remember all pre-registered attendees receive a Free limited convention figure, 2 free raffle tickets, and the ability to pre-register for events listed on our website. Also by pre-registering you save $5.00 USD off from on-site registration.
For our out of town guest we have negotiated special pricing again at the Courtyard by Marriott. The convention rate ends March 11th and is subject to availability so get your rooms booked as quickly as possible.
