if you are talking about some other standing order then I am unaware.

If you can send me a email with how much credit you have remaining and what items you want – I can figure out what is what

if you want a refund of the cash portion of voucher remaining I am more than happy to do so -- have offered that many times in past to any outstanding voucher holders – everyone has asked to hold on to voucher

Nudspinespittle, I am not sure what sort of problem you had with Micropanzer, but I have ordered from him numerous times and always received good customer service and good products. There have been a couple mistakes in my orders and Jason has always been quick to fix them.

I'll vouch for Jason, as well. Great service and professionalism in my half-dozen transactions with him.

Guys, I know from many posts that Jason is a good guy. I'm not trying to knock him. But I had about $400 USD in vouchers, placed a large order before molds were supposed to be produced, only to find out later not everything had been cast up from the older ranges I wanted. I said I'd wait. And I waited. About a year ago, I forwarded the spreadsheet I'd sent with my original order, marked everything I'd received, and asked when/if I'd ever receive the balance. I was told he was working on it. And then again, silence. Look, I know life gets busy – believe me, I know first hand. But after seeing one large item I was waiting for (stomper)go up for sale recently, I was a little annoyed. And when I saw this post, annoyance reared it's ugly head again. I'll contact Jason this week and hopefully sort it out.

you have every right to be annoyed – I am annoyed, things have not gone anywhere near what I intended –

I basically spent the last 4 hours digging threw emails and such and am going to have to rely 100% on what you say I owe you is what I owe you.if you bought a 400 voucher you paid 240 not sure how much of your order was sent

Stomper is at caster and has been since October. pretty sure it has not been started -- if it cost same as the original I am looking at about 900 to be able to meet minimum order of 30 kits.
-- the 4 kits I have sold painted in last 3 years have been bottom of barrel last cast offset bodies -- I should have asked you what your skill set was and offered at reduced price that is on me but only 60 kits have been made and that was back in 2011 -- I even offered to buy back kits to have on hand last year offering a free one based on new master once out -- that way I would not be out so much up front to be able to fulfill 1 order.

end of the day I make mistakes and easily forget things, over look things and plans made fall apart when it comes to a timeline and ability to spend money -- one of the main reasons I have not tried a kickstarter is I think it would make just enough to fail.

I want to take care of any integrity issues that might exist with any one out there be it 1$ or 1000$ – End of the day 160 return on 240 spent even after 2-3 years is not bad esp when considered I will honor old prices – I owe Fritz in Europe 480 credit with a cash out value of 240 but he is waiting on my drop ship – it will cost me about 2500 to get to market – the test print alone is 269 dollars to see if size is correct and that is lowest quality print out there.

I probably should have not bought flytrap factory lines – should have gotten the stomper molds made but it is new product that drives sales of older product --

End of day I will take carer of everyone that I owe to the point of you will walk away and might say -- I wont buy from again but I did come out ahead. Right now I can count 3 people I owe voucher credit too so if I owe you let me know -- transaction paypal ID and what has been sent or at least what I need to refund you to make it right.

I've dealt with Jason a number of times and have never had any issues whatsoever. Only issue I have is that I've waited a long time for the new STOMPER kits!
