"There's currently sets for three different factions. There's the Simians, which are sort of a "start of 2001" type of faction of semi-intelligent apes. Then there's the Amazons, which is of course a group of warrior women. Then there's the Cro-Magnons, which are a group of… well… warrior men. Keeps things nice and even that way, I suppose. Anyway, all of those kits are available to order now over in the Warlord Games webshop." link link link link link Main page link Amicalement Armand |

These are all from the Lucid Eye range currently owned by Arcane Scenery and Models. So is Warlord buying or franchising the range? |

My favourites from the Savage Core line have to be the Neanderthals – these are really chunky and tough looking. I wish Steve would sculpt a set of Neanderthal women and kids to go with them |

Hi There just to clarify, the Lucid Eye range is still available from Arcane scenery, post free, worldwide from my shop here: link Steve Saleh, the sculptor and owner of the range works for Warlord Games and it makes sense for them to sell them as well. As such, they are taking over production, so the only difference that you will see is that the figures will move to Warlord packaging and have 25mm bases not 30mm as at present. Otherwise, things will be much the same as before. The range will grow slowly, as Steve sculpts additional figures and who knows, some Neanderthal 'Ladies' may be on the way… |
