I ordered some Pagan Rus figs and LBMS shield transfers from Gripping Beast early in December. Delivery was fast, but when I tried the transfers, the plastic layer wouldn't come off. I scoured the Internet for advice, but it didn't seem to be _that_ hard. I contacted Steve, who understood what the issue might have been. I scanned the transfer sheets and he mailed me replacements that day. Got them yesterday in Florida, and they work a treat. Nice work! |
