Has anyone purchased or reviewed these books? To me they sound very interesting. I would be interested in hearing other people's feedback.

Here is a link to the author's site: link

If you go to the authors website and click on PREVIEW, you will be taken to google.books where huge chunks of the books are available for viewing.

Thank Paul for the feedback but I've already done that. If fact I've been accessing the author's website for months now in my research and I think there isn't a link I haven't followed on his site. Based upon the information on his site, I have gone ahead and ordered the books without waiting for any further feedback. Once I get them I will share a review with TMP.

I just wanted to follow up on the previous post. I have received the books and am thoroughly impressed. They are a great source of information and therefore would recommend them to anyone who is interested in more details of this period and the troops of North Carolina.
